Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Involvement:

   – Assist in various engineering projects from inception to completion.

   – Support project teams and contribute your knowledge and fresh perspective.

   – Help ensure projects adhere to specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  1. Design and Analysis:

   – Participate in engineering analysis and design for various projects including infrastructure, transportation, and utilities.

   – Utilise state-of-the-art software and tools for modelling and analysis under supervision.

  1. Regulatory Compliance:

   – Learn and apply local, national, and international regulations and codes.

   – Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for projects.

  1. Client Interaction:

   – Support positive client relationships through effective communication and project support.

   – Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives and provide support in delivering tailored solutions.

  1. Team Collaboration:

   – Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, and environmental experts.

   – Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

  1. Quality Assurance:

   – Support the maintenance of precision and integrity in engineering designs by following rigorous quality control procedures.

   – Help review and endorse project deliverables to uphold the highest standards.

  1. Innovation:

   – Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices.

   – Contribute to innovative engineering solutions and sustainable practices.

 

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field).

– Previous internship or work experience in engineering is an advantage but not required.

– Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and basic structural analysis tools is a plus.

– Knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials.

– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

– Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and excellence in engineering practices.
